It is really condemnable the whole role played by the police in Scarlet’s murder case. The real concern is safety of women and children. The incident took place, will highly affect the tourism in Goa and other tourist’s spots. It is very shameful act and same as a ugly black spot on our white faced country, its people, and culture.
